You've survived the loss. This is where you start to live again.
ReCLAIM is an intimate, online group for men and women rebuilding after divorce or the loss of a spouse — ten weeks of real tools, honest conversation, and steady company as you reconnect with who God created you to be and your new life chapters ahead.
You're past the first shock of it. The check-ins stopped coming, everyone else moved on, and you're left in a house — and a life — that doesn't look like the one you planned.
You're not falling apart anymore. But you're not quite living yet, either. Maybe you've drifted from God through the loss — or you're wondering if He's the missing piece. Either way, you're welcome here.
That in-between is exactly what ReCLAIM is for.
More than a group. A turning point.
No pressure to be "over it." Grief has its own timeline. We hold space for where you still hurt and help you begin to look forward — with tools to steady you as you go.
Emotional regulation, reflection, movement, and practical steps you can use in the hard moments — the how-to, not just the why. Yours to keep for life.
A small, encouraging circle led with real understanding. For many, this weekly hour becomes the brightest, safest part of the week.
One step, then another. That's how every next chapter begins.
This is community — and there's room for you here, wherever you are with faith.
At its heart, ReCLAIM is about reconnecting you with who God created you to be, reclaiming your identity in Him, and stepping into the extraordinary life you were made for. It's not a topical Bible study — it's deeper, more personal work that tends to draw you into a closer relationship with God and with yourself.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Maybe you've felt far from God since your loss. Maybe you've never been close but sense you might need Him now. Wherever you're starting, you'll be met with grace, never pressure — and walked gently toward hope.
A guided season back to yourself — in good company.
We gather virtually, with a living room approach and people that actually know your name, and a whole-person approach: mind, body, and spirit. Guided by the ReCLAIM workbook, we move through honest reflection, practical tools, gentle movement, and real conversation — so you don't just process the past, you rebuild for what's ahead.
A mind-body-spirit approach — meeting you wherever you are.
Three phases, ten weeks, one honest path forward.
Each phase builds on the one before it — we start by getting clear on where you actually are, make peace with it, then take real steps toward what’s next.
Awareness
Naming what’s actually happening — in your life, and in your body.
Acceptance
Making peace with the story so far — and rediscovering who you are inside it.
Action
Practical, repeatable steps to move into your next chapter on steadier ground.
Dating Rejuvenation
Tips and tools for being fully yourself — and attracting healthy, sustainable relationships when you’re ready.
You attract a partner from wherever you are.
Which is why “just get back out there” so often ends in the same disappointing pattern with a different face. It isn’t that you’re picking wrong. It’s that you’re picking from a version of yourself that hasn’t landed yet.
ReCLAIM goes underneath the aesthetics and the basics — into who you actually are, what you genuinely have to offer, and what you’re really seeking. Then we work on how to recognize it when it shows up.
Who you are now
A deep dive into your values, your voice and what you genuinely bring — so you stop auditioning and start choosing.
What you’re really seeking
Beyond height, hobbies and a good photo — the qualities that actually sustain a partnership, and the ones that quietly cost you.
Secure attachment
Learn what secure actually feels like in your body — how to recognize it in someone else, and how to offer it yourself.
Keep it healthy
Best practices for dating as yourself, plus the communication and boundaries that turn a good beginning into something lasting.
You don’t need to become someone new to choose well. You need to come home to true self — and let that do the choosing.
I created ReCLAIM because I needed it — and couldn't find it.
I'm Chel Cartmill — a Next Chapter Transition Specialist, certified grief and divorce coach, and someone who has rebuilt from the kind of loss that takes everything apart. This isn't theory for me. I've walked every step of these ten weeks myself and with hundreds of clients over the past twenty years. These are the tools, support and connection that can lead to true peace and reclamation.
You won't be handed a workbook and left alone. You'll be guided, encouraged, and genuinely known.
If you're considering the ReCLAIM class, know that it's more than just a program — it's an opportunity to come back to yourself and step into a more joyful, grounded version of your life.
What stands out most is how much lighter and more joyful I feel now. I've moved forward with a clearer mind and a more open heart.
Joining the ReCLAIM class with Chel was a turning point in my life. I learned Biblical tools in a very warm, welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
It helped me to reclaim my identity and believe what God says about me — regardless of what I think or others think about me.
